An article that I chose this week was about a black hole spotted in space. The scientists at Harvard and Johns Hopkins University were the first to see the black whole. The scientists said that the hole was eating a star and leaving nothing but it's core. This black hole was being compared to a shark because of it's attention to anything that comes close to it. Just like a shark, the hole devours the star. This happened about 2.5 million light years away.
This article seems interesting and maybe likely to happen. Maybe something like this can happen in space. Black holes could be very dangerous but they may exist and I'm not doubting it. For this to be proven that black holes do exist and that it would make sense to be compared to a shark, more information should be given about the topic. This is a very interesting topic that can be proven if it does exist, but for right now, there isn't enough proof.
