An article that I have chosen this week is about a oddly shaped capsule that can send you into space. Would you ride in it? The capsule is a pencil shaped rocket that has a quite comfy sitting space. It is made up of one leather seat, and powered by liquid oxygen. This rocket was made to prove that the government does not need to spend a lot of money on rockets and use this rocket as a substitute. This all took place at Copenhagen Suborbitals.
When reading this article, I believe that if the government should substitute this capsule instead of rockets. The reason i think this is because it could save the United States a lot of money. But along with the pros, there is one bad thing about this capsule. The problem is that it only fits one person as opposed to a large rocket that can fit more people. With those in mind, would you want to ride in a pencil-shaped capsule?
